The secret "Klub Peripherie 3000" was founded on 10 November at 3 p.m. on the highway from Wuppertal to Dortmund. Founding members are Susanne Ackers, Inke Arns, and Stefan Hilterhaus. The first secret meeting took place on the same day, in Café Edwards in Dortmund. First measures for developing the "Peripherie 3000" publicity campaign were developed. The second meeting took place on 29 November, in Domicil, Dortmund. Photos were taken, showing the three founding members performing the Klub's greeting gestures. They loosely resemble circular shapes, or an empty center. The next meeting of the secret Klub "Peripherie 3ooo" will take place mid-December. It will not be announced publicy.
